MB&F Launches its First Women’s Watch – And It Costs $300,000
MBF Ladies Diamond Watch

World-famous Swiss watch brand Maximilian Busser and Friends (MB&F) is going where it’s never gone before, finally launching the first MB&F timepiece for women. It’s fully set with diamonds and according to Forbes, comes with a price tag to match – $300,000.

The Legacy Machine FlyingT is a three-dimensional piece featuring a round case in white gold, “a steeply cambered bezel and slender, elongated lugs”, according to the company. It has a high convex dome of sapphire crystal that rises from the bezel. Beneath the dome, there is a curved dial plate, “liquidly black with layers of stretched lacquer or glittering with blazing white diamonds”. Moreover, “an asymmetric ventricular opening in the dial plate frames the heart of the LM FlyingT engine […] affixed to the top of the upper tourbillon cage is a single large diamond that rotates simultaneously with the flying tourbillon, emitting the fiery brilliance of the very best quality stones”.

The watch launches in three editions, all in white gold and set with diamonds: black lacquer dial plate with the case set with brilliant-cut diamonds; dial plate and case both fully set with brilliant-cut diamonds; and dial plate and case both fully set with baguette-cut diamonds.
