Buckley London has strengthened its sales team with a new appointment.
The British jewellery brand has announced the appointment of Craig Sutherland as international account manager.
In this role, Sutherland will play a key part in the global business development strategy and market expansion of the Buckley London brand. He will be instrumental in developing key partnerships with new and existing accounts, expanding networks and introducing engaging sales campaigns.
Sutherland brings a wealth of industry experience to the role, having previously held influential sales and business development positions at premium brands Theo Fennell and Dolce & Gabbana. He also brings strong knowledge of the travel retail sector, a major part of Buckley London’s retail strategy, following a key sales role with cruise ship group Harding Brothers.
“Having worked in the jewellery industry for a number of years, I am delighted to join Buckley London at such a pivotal point and am excited about the challenges ahead,” says Sutherland.
The appointment of Craig Sutherland is part of a wider sales growth initiative for Buckley London, which has been focusing on building a strong and knowledgeable sales team to provide a first class service to its rapidly growing customer base.
Sutherlandx will join Louise Stevenson, who was promoted to international account manager in July following an two years in the business. Lynne Sweeney heads up all UK activity and the inflight channel is led by Katie Thornton and Fran Batty.
