Faberge has launched a series of high jewelry creations inspired by the TV fantasy drama Game of Thrones.

The collection will be launched in a series of ‘chapters’ over the next two years, staring with Chapter One: Dragon. It features five designs, with each creation limited to 10 collectible pieces.

It lifts design details from the dramatic sets, costumes, characters and the otherworldly landscape of the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros.

Each creation has been inspired by orphan-turned-warrior Daenerys Targaryen’s incredible journey and her passion for her dragons, as well as her ruthless pursuit of the Iron Throne and ability to use jewelry to reflect her power.

It follows the one-of-a-kind Faberge x Game of Thrones Egg to mark 10 years since the debut episode, which sold to a private collector for $2.2m.

The iconic House of Faberge, founded in Saint Petersburg, Russia, in 1942 and famed for its jewelled eggs, was bought in 2013 by the British gem miner Gemfields.
