GJEPC’s Eastern Regional Office organised a seminar on “Policy & Procedure for Gems & Jewellery Export” at the Calcutta Gem & Jewellers Welfare Association, Kolkata on 29th January, 2021. The main objective of the seminar was to encourage local manufacturers to begin focusing on export possibilities. More than 25 manufacturers and wholesalers involved in diamond studded jewellery participated in the programme.
Prakash Chandra Pincha, Regional Chairman, East, welcomed the member participants and explained about the vast untapped opportunities in exports. He emphasised that this is the right time to penetrate into untapped potential global markets.
