Monica Vinader growth story continues as sales reach £42.8m

British jewellery brand Monica Vinader continues to go from strength-to-strength, with the latest financial results citing a rise in profits for the year ending July 2018.

According to Insider Media Limited, the jewellery brand, which celebrated 10 years in business in 2018, turned over £42.8m during the 12 months, up from £35.8m the year prior.

International sales climbed by 28% to £20.3m and now account for almost half of total sales for the brand.

Group EBITDA at the business also jumped by 106% to £3.3m in 2018.

Brand founder and chief executive, Monica Vinader, says: “We are delighted to have achieved another impressive year of growth across all territories.

“In our tenth anniversary year, our team and ambitions for the brand remain stronger than ever. We look forward to introducing our unique, contemporary pieces to even more customers worldwide.”

During the financial year, the company opened stores in Bicester and Covent Garden.

The brand now has six stores in the UK, alongside concessions in leading luxury department stores Selfridges, Harrods, and Liberty.
